One of the IMBA's main objectives as we continue to grow is to elevate our ability to develop players abilities. The most critical component to that is the level and expertise of our IMBA coaches. The IMBA has made a committment to invest in our coaches (especially at the select and rep level) by locally hosting and paying for NCCP courses for our coaches (a defined # of spots). We began this 5 years ago and it has been a huge success. We will plan on doing so again this upcoming off-season (between Feb - April 2020). Stay tuned to this page for course offerings, dates, times and how to secure an IMBA paid spot.
First of all, if you aren't familiar with what NCCP is, please take a moment to visit the Baseball Canada NCCP website and read about their NCCP certification program here:

All head and assistant coaches (any level) require an NCCP # which you can get from registering on the baseball canada NCCP website above and completing the online module.
If you are a coach, or planning on becoming a coach it is extremely important that you understand what the requirements are as mandated by the OBA (Ontario Baseball Association), as well as any additional requirements that the IMBA also enforces.

Please note: It is EXTREMELY important that if you are requesting a spot, that you can actually attend the clinic as the IMBA has to pay for the spot whether you show up or not. If you cannot attend for whatever reason, please notify director.coach@innisfilbaseball at least 10 days in advance of the course.
